who are we?
Ocrasa SNB LLC was founded in 2011 in the state of Florida with the mission to serve the South Florida community with property construction, remodeling, and inspection activities. The company is led by Juan Andrés Azpurua, who graduated as a Civil Engineer in 1991 from the Metropolitan University in Caracas, Venezuela.
Juan boasts over 33 years of experience in the construction industry. Juan is certified by the State of Florida under License HI 17208 and are proud member of INTERNACHI (International Association of Home Inspectors).
